AutoCAD Drawings


Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drawings can be produced for design, construction
or record drawing purposes. They can range from schematics and layouts to fully
co-ordinated services. The CAD drawings are produced on Autocad 2008, they can be
converted into PDF documents and issued in hard and electronic copies.


Operation and Maintenance Manuals


Comprehensive O&M Manuals are produced with the aim to meet the requirements
of BS 4884 (Technical Manuals) and a class D manual as classified in the BSRIA
Guide BG 1/2007 (Handover, O&M Manuals and Project Feedback). The manual
can be complete with record drawings.


Building Log Books


It is a requirement of the English and Welsh Building Regulations Approved
Document Part L2 for the provision to the building owner or occupier of a log-book
giving details of the installed building services plant and controls, their method of
operation and maintenance, and other details that collectively enable energy
consumption to be monitored and controlled. Our Building Log Books are created to
the CIBSE TM31 template which meet the requirements of Document Part L2.


Health and Safety Files


The CDM Regulations require a Health and Safety plan for notifiable projects, to
outline the arrangements for managing health and safety on site during construction
work.


Project Management


We offer the project management of mechanical and electrical contractors. This
includes; production of programmes, procurement of materials, health and safety,
supervision and snagging works through to project handover.


Feasibility Studies


We can provide surveys of proposed new projects to determine the feasibility of the
works, while giving the advantages & disadvantages, recommendations and budget
costing.


Commercial Energy Assessments


We can produce SBEM Building Energy calculations to comply with the new
requirements of the Part L Building Regulations. We can also provide Energy
Performance Certificates and Display Energy Certificates.
